Clean and spacious apartment-style room. Comfortable beds. No extra fee charged for the pet. Good price. Good staff service.

Stayed here for about a week & had the best experience! Thank you to the wonderful employees who always greeted me with a smile & assisted with my bookings when I extended my stay without a problem. As far as cleanliness, the hotel & room smelled amazing upon entry. There wasn’t a day (or time) that I didn’t see some sort of cleaning going on in the hotel or around the property as I was entering or leaving. Loved that the hotel is tucked away from the main road which keeps you close to everything but slightly hidden.

We were very nicely surprised by this hotel. It was updated, very clean, spacious rooms, excellent service from the reception. We were here only for one night but I have to say we were happy. If we come next time, I would not search for any other place. In the morning when we leaving and were waiting for our taxi, boys were playing the games in the lobby and the waiting much nicer. It was also very nice that they had coffee and tee available in the lobby downstairs (since they do not have restaurant).

This was a last minute stay - our connecting flight was cancelled. The hotel was cheap and close so we took it as hotel rooms were going fast with so many flights were cancelled because of the weather. This hotel isn't fully renovated, but what they have done is really nice. The beds were comfortable. There was no noise from other guests, the airport, or the streets outside. The bedding crisp and clean. The furnishing were nice, but some of the built-ins were old and a little hammered. It was a very spacious room, with a separate sitting area with a door separating it from the sleeping area, kitchenette and the sink with mirror was separate from the shower so one person could shower, while another got ready in the sink area. With 4 of in the room it was nice to have the space. We couldn't have been happier!

The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff is amazing!! Cynthia, Javier, Ashley, everyone was so kind, welcoming and accommodating and that made my stay here very special, especially considering the situation. I flew to attend a training course in the mountains near Ashville, but after Hurricane Helene, the course was canceled and I ended up staying here for nearly one week, the plan was two days 9/25 - 9/27, and drive to Ashville, which I did and drove back on the 9/28 to Charlotte and of course, I came back to this hotel where Javier and Cynthia helped us accommodating our needs.

We came into town for a concert at the Spectrum Center. The hotel was in a perfect location. The staff was amazing & let us know that the best (and most affordable) way to get to the show was the Lynx blue line. We boarded right across from the hotel (just follow the arrows) & arrived right in front of the venue. We were also upgraded to a King suite by Booking. The room was beautifully furnished, and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. We will definitely stay here the next time we're in town for another show.
